So much has happened in the last couple months................
Jrock Revolution... OMFG best week of my life O__O
Nothing like sleeping on a dirty LA sidewalk for 3 days... then rockin out to 7 of my favorite bands EVER....
Meeting some of the most awesome people ever!! Like
!! Heehee
And getting interviewed by a bunch of TV stations and by the DVD crew!! (

And seeing Miyavi drive up and show off in a red convertible!!!!!!
yeah..... I can die happy for sure.
And then there were 2 back-to-back Dir en grey concerts (again XD ) and my College Orientation and Registration!!!
Words can't even describe that whole week...
At the first Diru show(San Diego), we got in line really early in the day (as usual) and I totally walked right past Toshiya ^_^
Then we got front row... and during IIId Empire, Toshiya
jumped off the stage right in front of me and let us touch/fondle/molest him for like a minute @___@
Then Toshiya and Die did a meet&greet and Toshiya totally remembered us and signed our tickets (we had nothing else -__-) !!!!!!!
OMG amazing.
Right after the show, basically, I drove up to LA f or my Orientation.
I was dead tired, but the excitement kept me going all day. It was a lot of fun!! The campus is spectacular and I met some cool people~ I can't wait to leave in September!!
That night...........
The 2nd Diru concert (LA) was craaaazy too! We accidentally ran into the people we met at the San Diego show and rocked out again XD I was kinda surprised at how hard I was still rocking out on... um.... 48 hours without sleep o_O
But anyways, this time KYO did the meet&greet and signed my purse!!
FOLLOWING those awesome shows (the next day XD ) was ANIME EXPO!!
The first day was the S.K.I.N live and OMGGGG it was amazing @__@
It ran 2 hours late, so we ended up standing in line for around
4 hours with NO SHADE and NO WATER/FOOD waiting to get into the arena.
When I walked in, I randomly bumped into my buddy Noah, who I met at a Jrock concert afterparty and keep seeing at all the shows ^_^
But ANYways... the concert was soooooooo worth the wait!!
I cried when they did an instrumental mid-show.... dude Yoshiki on piano (duet w/ Gackt!!) and Sugizo on violin........... Miyavi plucking the shamisen... HOLY S***
The rest of Anime Expo kinda pales in comparison.... except for Saturday because of the Copic Marker workshop!!!
We basically got to mess around with the markers and chat (didn't even really bother listening to the panelist... in fact, we got "Shhhed" by her because we were chatting so loud XD )
Anyways... I met
(who is really awesome... I totally love her art ^_^) and some other cool people not on DA. There was a group of friends/sisters that were only around 13 or 14 years old and they were already so good!! Crazy... it was really fun just sketching and talking to other artists about anime and what we love to do most~ I hope I see you guys again someday!!

As if the summer couldn't get any better...... HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS!!!! (And the Order of the Phoenix movie!)
I went to both midnight premieres with a few friends and they were totally a blast
I though the movie was amazing... definitely the best one yet!
They cut out all the right things and the cinematography and script and direction were all astounding @___@
When everyone got in line before midnight for the book premiere (there were almost 1000 people DX ) we totally started up a chant of the "Weasley is Our King" song from OotP!! Hehehehe... good times XD
I was 117th in line, so when the first few people were walking out of the store past us with their books, we covered our ears and started shouting at them not to say anything >__<
I was shaking when I finally got my hands on my book!
And then I barely took any breaks from reading it within the next 2 days..... then i finished it. It was an emotional rollercoaster OMG. I won't put any spoilers, but DAMN, I cried so much and laughed and just..... wow. JKR is my hero T^T
Haha.... I finished reading book 7 before the sun came up on Monday.... about 2 hours before I had to leave to drive up to Six Flags Magic Mountain with a bunch of my friends!! I was dead tired... to the point that I actually got really sick at the end of the day.... but it was still completely awesome. It couldn't have waited because one of my best friends was leaving for Washington the next day T_T
I looooove rollercoasters....
And then COMIC-CON!!
I got free passes again this year because of my awesome teacher (who gets a bunch because he's a Pro Comic book Artist!!) yeah.... he's pretty much awesome... and really talented!! Go check out his gallery right here~
IMHO, Comic-con is nowhere near as fun as Anime-Expo... probably cuz I'm not into comics at all
but it was still AWESOME!! I got to see a bunch of cool Pixar stuff and sneak previews of a bunch of movies coming out next year!! The exhibit hall had some cool LotR, Star Wars, and Harry Potter statues in it... awesome awesome~
And I took pictures with my new camera!!
I've only had it about a week and I'm already in love
The Canon Powershot G7..... I named it Nana (#7 in Japanese, also one of my favorite manga EVER!).

So...................... that's basically been my SUMMER!!
I've barely had a day's rest with everything that's been going on...
I've got 2 comissions for book covers to do, a few sketches for a few friends, not to mention my own artwork I've been doing on and off for months.... arrrrgh. There really should be more time in a day!!
It seems like this was more of a personal diary entry than a journal/blog... but whatever XD
I don't know if anyone actually read this whole journal.... I think I wrote more than enough to make up for the 2 month gap since my last entry >_>
But if you did, I love you. And even if you didn't, I STILL love you
